Emily is a three-year-old cat who was hit by a car. She retreated under a porch and it took two days before a Good Samaritan could get her to come out so she could be brought to the Cleveland APL. Emily had an open fracture of her leg. Her injury was so severe that her leg had to be amputated. Emily spent some time recovering in the home of a loving APL Foster Care Volunteer. One of the APL’s veterinary technicians fell in love with Emily and found her a “forever” home with one of her friends!
