VOLUNTEERS ARE OUR OWN IN-HOUSE HEROES |
|
|
We call them volunteers, but to our animals and APL team members, volunteers are heroes . . . heroes that help us save animals’ lives!
Whether caring for homeless animals, creating happy life-long relationships, or helping people help their animals, you will find many meaningful opportunities to learn, grow, and do at the APL.
|
The next opportunity to get involved as a volunteer will be at our upcoming
Volunteer Orientation
Saturday, May 17, 11 a.m. |

Volunteer Orientation - We ask that all prospective volunteers attend a Volunteer Orientation. Our Volunteer Orientation is an educational session that will prepare you for your volunteer experience at the APL. You’ll receive an overview of the APL and a chance to learn more about the individual volunteer opportunities we have available - detailed descriptions, as well as any specific needs or requirements, will be covered.
Orientations are held in the Cleveland APL's Community Room. No advance registration is required, however, be prompt as seating/parking is limited. Plan to spend at least two hours with us. Applications may be submitted in advance by direct mail, by fax at 216-771-2810, or submitted directly to the facilitator following a Volunteer Orientation.
